Nowadays she is responsible for IMISA International Commerce Department.
She has to develop the relationship between the different business and commercial opportunities either in the internal market or abroad, and the offers and demands proposals of different products.
This area pursuit the objective to provoke the match of commercial opportunities, evaluate them and perform the corresponding survey of markets and products and the follow up.
Among the activities that she performs, we could mention the following:
- Identification and development of national and International markets
- Identification, development and taking advantage of the business opportunities
- Make contacts with new customers and their follow up.
- Promote the commercial relationships among the businessmen considering the facts of the present markets.
- Survey and analysis taking into account regions and areas.
- Filing systems of all the documents related to the activity.
- Supporting information to evaluate the projects.
- Logistic and Customs paper works.
She started her professional career in the Tourism Company Dante Montes, San Juan, Argentina, where she performed her training period. There she performed clerical activities, banking and Customer service, among others.
Afterwards she worked in the Foreign Trade Office of San Juan, Oficinade Comercio Exterior San Juan – Argentina where she performed Customs tasks: Customs, Customs agent duties, management of Customs paper work, uploading stuff in the so called Maria Informatics System (SIM) for exporting and importing activities. She performs the due dealing with paperwork and documents for land, air and maritime transport. It is her responsibility to look for the best possible transport and freight, and the necessary dealing connected with it. She has to produce and follow up all the documents related with the different banks, fiscal depots, transport companies, etc.
Also it is in her scope to produce a report with all the data of the management of foreign trade, the follow up of refunds for the exports, dealing with customers in general.
It is remarkably important to know all the Customs regulations and the necessary documents so as to be able to estimate delays, depots costs, storage costs, Customs costs, management of proforms, invoicing, transport documents (BL, AWB, CRT), origin certificate and ANMAT, LAPI, CTIT, SENASA certificates, etc.
She has also worked in the Instituto de Computación Liceo Profesional Laprida, San Juan – Argentina, where she performed clerical tasks, invoicing activities, coordination of suppliers, customer service, control and audit, and teaching activities.
