After the consolidation of IMISA as an Export Development Company, with a highly distinctive model of management in international business, and given the great interest of both national and international exporters and importers, we have decided to start our expansion through the granting of company franchises, and, in so doing, knit a global business net.

Strategic Basis and Methodology

After years of experience in assisting companies, mainly SMEs, we have found various different situations that lead to the same conclusion: one of the major problems put forward is  “business isolation”: we mean the complexity at the moment of “validating” counterparts that we don’t know, and are many kilometres away, and because of this it is very common to see that many export projects do not achieve the “impact” in spite of being excellent opportunities.

To break through this “business isolation”, IMISA has strongly supported, from its early days, ASSOCIATIVITY as the concept of strategic development.

This has been an important challenge for IMISA, and after several years, we have found a strong positive answer in the market to build, together with the companies that are part of this process, exportable projects through a shared vision in development, which is, no doubt, one of the “added values” we need to make our own breaks in such a competitive world.

For this reason, the strategic basis for IMISA Franchising is to have international presence, exhibiting the potential of the products from the different regions at national levels, and of services as an effective help to the problems SMEs face in the same place, in the same company. Moreover, with the capacity to confront products from third countries, for the demand of third countries, IMISA satisfies wider interests in promoting the integration en both directions and constituting an efficient bond between SMEs and their market.

Structure: Personnel and Equipment

Our ambition is to form a group of two versatile consultants with professional profile in business (ideally with a specialization in international business), but with a commercial vision. We will also need an assistant to work with them. The existing structure of the Professional Organizations that decide to apply is absolutely valid, but to guarantee successful management, some full time dedication is required.
